APAC- China hard copy invoices

Are other companies in China required to submit hard copies of their invoices for auditing and tax purposes? OR can they have that information sent PDF from Concur? Just seems like double work if they have to enter everything in Concur and then turn around and send the original paperwork in as well.

@joshhorton agreed it is double work, but if a country/government requires hard copies, there isn't much a company can do about it. You may try posting this question in the User Admin group since that group has people who deal with these types of issues. This forum tends to be more read by end users, those who only submit reports and don't work with company policies.
