AMEX charge not showing in Concur so I can match with expense

@dmrosen 

you have two options:

1. wait another day or two to see if the transaction appears. 

2. If the transaction doesn't appear, you will need to speak with the person(s) at your company in charge of company credit cards to see if they can find the transaction in the system. If they cannot, then they would need to contact the bank to find out what the issue is.

 

Have you checked your company card statement to make sure the charge appears there?
