Re: 405 Method not allowed

Hello everyone !

I am trying to get my user into https://reporting13.concursolutions.com/cognos/pat/rsapp.htm and am getting a 405 Method not allowed . my user is new and has never gotten in yet . Is there some sign up to get in or browser setting that have to be made ?
IE 11 gives this first error , then Chrome give the 405 , what are we missing ?
