Update Employee using 305 record

Hello all,

I'm trying to update the First Name and Last Name using the 305 record but even if the import is successfully done, nothing happens and the Fields doesn't update.

Any idea how to update those fields ?

Have you tried looking for the answer on our Concur Training site? There you can find many "how-to" guides and tutorials.

Please open a case with Concur Support and have them check your company settings.  We only allow First Name and Last Name updates when we create a new user.  After that, the employee is in control so they can make sure their names match their travel identification.  We can send 305 employee import records over and over, but we cannot use them to update the name values.
