I can't log into either the Concur or the Expenseit Mobile app. I get a message that I am locked out of my mobile app and the ExpenseIt app won't take my password and I don't know what it is or how to change it.
I called my internal help desk and they directed me to this website to open a case but there isn't an option anywhere on this page to do that. I am unable to submit my expenses until this is resolved.
Your system administrator should be able to "wipe your device". This is something they have to update on your employee form in Concur. This is only accessible to a system administrator, however.
