My company recently moved to Concur and we are trying to configure the system but are having issues. We currently use Customers & Jobs in QB to track all of our projects. We do not use Class in QB. Currently, when our employees are trying to code their expenses, they see EVERY customer and job. I am trying to find a way that we can filter out the options so the process is not so gruelling.
I know that making a job or customer inactive in QB removes the project from our list items but that is not an option for us. Once a project is complete, we still need to be able to use that customer and be able to reference information from the job reports. I appreciate any information you can provide!
