Concur does not recognize that my receipt is attached

Anyone ever had Concur give you an error saying any line item requiring a receipt must have an image attached prior to submission when there IS a pdf receipt attached?  For some reason Concur is not recognizing the attached PDF receipt.  I've tried different PDF files as a test and also tried attaching it as an image and the error will not go away therefore Concur will not allow me to submit the report.

You will need to contact your company's support. This could be the User Support Desk or your company's authorized support contact. They will be able to help you sort this out.
