Is anybody having issues with requesting cash advances on the new UI? We are set to implement on Feb. 1st but we have heard users receive a error message when they attempt to submit. We do not have company cards so we give cash advances frequently so this is concerning.

According the the Not Yet Available in NextGen Expense document (page 5), Cash Advance is hidden if the new UI is enabled at the company level.
Also, "The NextGen Expense UI may be enabled at the group or individual user level, in which case the current cash advance UI continues to show."
Are you using the Professional Edition? Unless I'm misunderstanding your workflow, I might need more details or possibly for you to submit a support case so that we are able to reproduce your steps.
