I am trying to move one expense into a report and have gotten this message (pictured below) for the last 48 hours. I have tried to move the expense into a new report and got the same message.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I'd suggest a few things:
-Clear out your browser's cache
-Try a different browser
-Try a different computer
-Try saving the receipt & a copy of the coding, comments, etc., delete the expense and re-add it
Usually an Application Error message like this pops up if there is trouble with Concur's servers, but after checking open.concur.com, there doesn't look like there have been any performance issues nor outages for Expense in the past few days, so this may just be a browser hiccup.
If you are still getting the application error when moving expenses to reports, I strongly suggest that you open a ticket via the Support Portal so one of our Mobile Analyst can look further into the error logs to see where the issue is coming from.
