Am I the only person that is getting a password error message trying to sign on to the mobile app today?
do you have an iphone and have updated to ios 12 ?

You may need to re-install the app. Sometimes, after an update, that will do the trick. However, if not, you may want to contact Customer Support.
I had a user who couldn't get logged in and was receiving error messages. They tried uninstalling and redownloading the app. After I reset his password, it worked!
