Are you still at the same company where your 2016 account was setup? Also, are you a site administrator?
It's possible your account was deactivated or that you just need to reset your password? If you are a site admin, you should be able to view your profile. I need a little more information to help you get this figured out.
Your account is specific to the company where you are employed, so if you’ve changed jobs, you would have a new account.
