upload mileage in bulk

Hi there, 

just wondering if there is an exiting functionality in Concur to upload mileage claims in bulk to Concur? 

Some of our users (particularly our busy Professors/Academics) are still using the old way of claiming their mileage. 

They download the mileage form from our website, enter their mileage lines for that week and then send it to their Secretary to enter these claims manually on the Concursystem. 

Since the secretary has no time to enter these KMs line by line, she just add up all KMs and create one mileage expense line. which i believe is not the ideal way of doing it from auditing point of view?

Maybe look into using SAP Concur drive which can track mileage automaticlly for users. The mileage would be in Availalbe Expenses and would to just need to be added to the expense report, but it would alleviate manual data entry.

I've never heard of the ability to upload mileage in bulk.

You can select 'Quick Expenses' at the top of the web version.  You can then select mileage expenses and enter multiple journeys.
