status has been showing "Extracted for Payment" since 5th July 2025

I’m seeking assistance regarding an internet bill reimbursement I submitted via Concur on 5th July 2025. The expense report has been approved by both my manager and the concerned team, and the status has been showing "Extracted for Payment" for the past three months.

Despite the approvals and the status update, I have not yet received the reimbursement amount. I’ve been checking the report regularly, but there has been no further progress or communication.

Could someone please help me with the following:

  • What does the "Extracted for Payment" status typically mean in terms of processing time?
  • Is there any additional action required from my side to move this forward?
  • Whom should I contact to get clarity or escalate this issue?

I’d appreciate any guidance or support from the community to help resolve this.
