I would like to ask if would it be possible to schedule on daily basis sending excel to mail box for this  processor  view.

Yes, this is possible in SAP Concur Expense—but not directly from the Processor view.

The “Expenses Ready for Processing” view itself cannot be scheduled to send emails. Instead, you achieve this using reporting tools.

How to achieve it?
Using Cognos / Intelligence Reporting (recommended)

If your system has Cognos:

1. Create a custom report with:
   • Expense reports in “Ready for Processing” status
2. Include required fields (Report ID, Employee, Amount, etc.)
3. Schedule the report:
   • Format: Excel
   • Frequency: Daily
   • Delivery: Email to mailbox

This is the standard and most flexible approach.

Important limitations

• Processor queues/views are UI-based, not report-based
• So they cannot be directly scheduled or exported automatically
• You must replicate the logic in a Cognos report
• Cognos report data does not provide a real-time “Ready for Processing” report list, as the data is refreshed overnight.
