not able to find my last filled expense report

I am not able to find my last filled saved expense for the month of July. How I can retrieve it back? Any leads on this will be helpful. Thanks

@Mayuresh_k if the report was deleted, it cannot be retrieved. 

What was the name of this report, do you remember? I see a report that was submitted and is now in a Pending Payment status with a date of 07/30/2026 named Poland office visit. Is this the one?

If you cannot find your saved July expense report in SAP Concur, try the following steps to retrieve it.

Step-by-Step instructions:

1. Log in to SAP Concur and navigate to Expense → Manage Expenses.

2. Select Report Library: Look for Report Library, All Reports, or the report history option, depending on your Concur version.

3. Adjust the date filter: Select a date range covering July and subsequent months. The report may have been created or modified after July.

4. Check report statuses: Look under Not Submitted, Open, Submitted, Approved, Returned, or Paid reports.

5. Search by report name: If you remember the report name, use the search or filter option.

6. Check Available Expenses: If the report was never saved successfully, individual expense entries may still appear under Available Expenses.

7. Contact your Concur Administrator: If the report remains missing, ask them to search using your employee ID, report name, and approximate creation date.

Important: If the report was deleted or never successfully saved, recovery may not be possible. Your administrator or SAP Concur Support can confirm whether a recoverable record exists.

Recommendation: First check Expense → Report Library → All Reports, expand the date range, and clear any status filters.

One question: Was your July report saved as a draft (not submitted), or had you already submitted it for approval?

That will help identify where to search.
