no option to create expense report

my sap concur portal does not have the option to report my expense and so i could not follow through the application

Hi @vic9616 ,

You need to have "Expense User" role assigned into your Concur employee profile. Currently it must be missing thats the reason you are not getting option to create expense report.

You can reach out to your internal Concur Administrator and ask them to update "expense user" role in your profile. Once that is done, you will be able to see option to create expense report.

I would suggest raising an IT support ticket or reach out to Concur administrator and request for "expense user" role.
