1. If card is already assigned but transactions are not visible then possible that those transactions could be hidden for employee. If this is case, then credit card admin need to unhide or make those transactions visible to employee. Once that is done you will see those transactions in your profile.
2. Possible that bank has not yet sent those transactions and that's the reason it is not imported into Concur and visible to you. In this case card admin need to check with bank or they can ask for credit card statement where they can check whether those transactions are sent to Concur or not.
