available expenses not showing on some employees' ...

I am finding that some available expenses (ie., Airfare) are not showing on several employees' mobile devices but does show when they log into Laptop/Computer. Any insight?

@lnodoro I would suggest submitting this to Concur Support.

Have all these employees made sure their app is the latest version? Also, maybe ask them to reboot their phone. See if that helps. If not, then Concur Support would be the way to go.
