Yodlee Not Allowing Me to Link Card in Concur

I have been trying to link my Truist card to concur using Yodlee as prompted and I keep getting stuck in a loop where I login to Truist through Yodlee but it just keeps cycling back to "enter code we sent to your email". I enter the code and it starts over again.

Any ideas on how to finally link my card?

@jpw-nvoad not every card is compatible with Yodlee. You would need to have your company's site administrator submit a help ticket on your behalf. Then SAP Concur support would reach out to Yodlee to make sure your card is compatible and to help you get it linked.
