Wrong initial business distance

All, 

 

I introduced by mistake wrong the initial business distance. Anyone tell me how to solve this issue.

@c538a replying here as well the private message you sent me.

 

Sign in to SAP Concur. Click your initials in the upper-right corner. Select Settings from the drop down window that appears. From the Settings screen, look for an option labeled Vehicle Configuration on the left-hand side under Expense Settings. On the Vehicle Registration screen, click the checkbox to select the car, then click Modify. This will let you update the Initial Business distance.

 

The above steps will only work if you have not yet submitted a mileage expense on a report. If you have submitted an expense report with mileage on it and that report isn't fully approved, you would need to recall the report, delete the mileage entry from the report, then update the initial business distance. If you have submitted a report with mileage and that report is fully approved, then a Help ticket would need to be submitted to Concur Support.

Hi Kevin, 

 

I didn't submit any report but unfortunately doesn't work for me. the mileage distance are frozen
