@RNAMBI since work order is something your company uses and not something that is out of the box with SAP Concur, we won't be able to help much other than to say, you need to report this to your company's internal SAP Concur Admin. If you aren't sure who that is, try the following:
1. Sign in to SAP Concur. If there is a Company Notes section on the home screen, look there to see if there is any contact info there.
2. If you don't see Company Notes, try contacting one of the following departments; Finance/Accounting, Payroll, HR. Your site admin usually (not always) is in one of these departments.
3. If my second option doesn't work speak with your direct manager to see if they know your site admin is.
