Work From Home Reimbursement

How do I search for a previous Work From Home reimbursement expense so that i can determine when I am eligible for a new reimbursement?

@Jim0204 you need to view your report history. You won't be able to search for just a single expense entry. When you sign in to SAP Concur, click Home in the upper left. From the Home menu, select Expense. From the Manage Expenses page, you will see a field that should say Active Reports. Click the drop-down arrow for this field to see other options. One option should be to see all reports from this year. That is where I would start.

@KevinD Thank you for your response.  I am looking for a transaction from approximately five years ago.  Am i able to pull reports from that long ago?  I am eligible to submit a new expense after five years so i am attempting to verify when the previous expense was approved.  Thank you for your assistance.

@Jim0204 yes, one of the options should say "All Reports". This will go back all the way to the first report you submitted. Let me know if you have any issues.
