@AnneLu you would need to use the link on the report that says Travel Allowance. That will show you the itinerary you currently have. You will see there is not return date set.
This message is telling you that your travel itinerary only has an outbound date and not a return date of your trip. The system cannot calculate your Travel Allowances if you don't have a return date. It needs to know how many days of travel to calculate.
