What are Never William and Concur Auditor accounts?

Hi,

I am seeing information on Never, William and  Concur Auditor accounts. I do not see these account come up on the user administration screen. However, Cognos Intelligence report displays these accounts. What are these accounts and who uses them? Can these accounts be removed by Concur?

@t8398571 William Never is the name usually associated to Test User accounts, especially for testing Concur Travel. Travel agency know not to fulfill any airfare or bookings related to the name William Never. Concur Auditor is used internally by SAP Concur for certain audit services. 

These accounts cannot be removed. In fact, SAP Concur profiles, once created, cannot be deleted.
