There is about as much blank space horizontally as there is displayed data.

When selecting the 'View Detail' option, instead of expanding the viewable window to fit the additional data, a very simple code change, the user has to now scroll left and right to find the additional fields. There is no technical reason for this omission. It was either a bizarre 'Design' choice, in which case you should fire your designer, or it was an oversight that testing should have caught, in which case you should fire your testing manager. 

Whatever the case, this is unacceptable in a business data centric app. Do better.

@WilliamPeak so I'm clear on exactly your experience, let me ask a couple of questions:

1. Are you signed in on the web version using a desktop/laptop computer or are you using the web version on a mobile device/tablet? 

2. Are you referring to viewing an expense report and changing the view from Standard to Detail?

Good afternoon,

1. I am signed into the web version on a laptop with a larger display connected to it.
2. I am referring exclusively to viewing an expense report both in standard and detail.
   The usable screen space is the same for both though the issue is more pronounced in the detail mode do to it needing more horizontal display space.
   
   
   
   In reviewing this in detail to respond to you I see that the issue I have been experiencing on multiple Windows OS’ and different browsers is gone today.
   
   If you  did something, bravo! Fast. responsive and on point. If you didn’t and this is just user hallucination, then apologizes. Mea Culpa and all that.

@WilliamPeak I wish I could say it was me. I was asking you to clarify because I didn't experience the scroll bars. Glad it looks better now.
