Want to remove a 5 year old request

I've got a 5 year old cash advance request on my account for $1100 that's been lingering out there marked "pending issue" but I ended up not needing the cash advance.  The person that approved it is no longer with the company.  Can I have it removed? 

They opted to issue me a company credit card rather than do a cash advance 5 years ago.

@stonent since it is still Pending Issue you should be able to open up the cash advance and either cancel or delete it. Even though it was approved by your manager, it wasn't fully processed.

The ability to delete is greyed out.

Just to see I found a possibly contact within our company for Concur issues and I'm going to ask if they can delete it.
