User Profile - Vehicle Config Automation and Report

Hi,

The "new" mileage service in SAP Concur Expense requires users to configure a vehicle in order to access features such as Drive. We are currently facing two key challenges:

1. Lack of Visibility: There is no available method—based on our understanding and previous support interactions—to monitor which users have configured a vehicle and which have not. This results in support calls from clients who are unable to use the Drive feature.

2. No Bulk Configuration Option: We are unable to configure vehicles on behalf of users through bulk upload methods (e.g., API or import files). This limitation increases the risk of manual entry errors and adds unnecessary administrative overhead.

Addressing these gaps would significantly improve the user experience and reduce support volume.

@jonathanlamont I would suggest requesting to join the admin group and posting your change request there. This forum is more trafficked by end users and not those who could vote on your request.
