Upload receipt from Outlook not working on iPad

On the iPhone, this feature is working fine. I can open an email PDF attachment from Outlook for iOS, click the 3 dots (…), select Share, then choose SAP Concur. This opens the SAP Concur app for iOS, which shows a preview of the PDF with the prompt “Would you like to upload this receipt now”? You can then proceed with clicking Upload, and the receipt is imported as expected.

However on the iPad, this workflow is broken. Instead of showing a preview of the PDF, nothing happens after selecting Share. SAP Concur opens but that’s it. Have already tried deleting and reinstalling both apps, and rebooting my iPad.

@J-Wo the mobile app is now on version 10.29. If you haven't updated the app, give that a try and see if the issue persists.

No change after update. I even deleted the old version, reinstalled, and rebooted my iPad.
