Updating User Profiles in Concur

What is the best way to update user information?  We routinely have org changes that require a large number of approver changes, and we have a field that we use for a workflow routing for certain expense types to VPs, and often have to completely delete field information.  For example, we're storing PII that we need to remove, and have over 4000 users.  Help!

@kallen51465 we do have several Employee Import templates you can use. Many of our customers take information from their ERP or HR system and add it to one of our Employee Import templates. That way when mass changes need to happen, you update the import file and reimport it. This is much easier to maintain and you can do version control by renaming the import file.
