Unassigned Card Accounts

Hi Community,

When there is an unassigned card, regardless of the issuing bank or country, a notification is automatically sent to the administrator who has permission to manage cards
In my company, there are 45 countries and as many card administrators, and they all receive the same thing, that is up to 45 notifications per day !

Is there a way to notify only the people affected by the card in their perimeter?

@khim unfortunately there isn't. Anyone with the Company Card Administrator role will receive the email notification. The system doesn't have any way of knowing with perimeter would be in charge of the card since it isn't assigned yet.

Hi KevinD,

With the card payment type, the system can determine the bank and the country, isn’t it? and thus restrict notifications to the country’s admin

Maybe for a future release ?
