Unable to view Expense reports

I was able to submit a new expense report on 24th Nov 2025, but when I log back in now I can no longer view any current or past reports.

Hello @tessan 

 

Have you tried modifying the search filters by date? By default, the “Active Reports” filter is enabled.

Hi @cjmarimo ,

 

Thanks for the feedback, but I couldn't even go into Manage Expenses. It was defnitely some sort of system glitch, but fortunately IT did manage to resolve it after I raised a ticket. It's working again for me today.
