Unable to scroll up and down with Firefox

Something changed in Concur about 2 days ago.  I have used Firefox as my browser since moving to Concur.  I have a problem when either viewing the list of all expenses or viewing an expense report that is more than one screen's contents.  I used to be able to use the wheel on my mouse to scroll up and down.  In addition, there was a second scroll bar just for the window of the expenses to use to scroll in addition to the browser's main right scroll bar to move the entire window up and down.  

 

Microsoft Edge still works but there is no reason Firefox should not work.  How do we get this resolved?  Multiple people in IBM are reporting this issue on both Windows and Mac (I run Windows).  Thank you.

Hello @IBM-DH-Travel,

 

We use Chrome which is the one Concur recommends us and Egde too.

I have tested with the latest version of Firefox (144.0 (64-bit), Release, October 14, 2025) and it happens to me the same.
Open a case on the Concur support website to see what they tell you.

Same issue for me as well. I can scroll through the Available expenses, but once inside a report, I cannot scroll through the expense list, just the main page. I can however, zoom in and out to be able to see them all, but eventually, depending on the amount of expenses, the text gets too small and I can't read it. I opened a ticket yesterday as well. Ever since their update a month or two ago, these little random issues that have never occurred have been popping up. Very frustrating.
