Unable to find company credit card transaction records

I had transactions using my company credit card on September 27th and September 30th, and have been waiting for the transaction records to appear in the system to submit for reimbursement. However, today is already October 11th, and I still cannot see these transaction records in the card transactions

@WANGYUDI you will need to get in contact with the team at your company who is in charge of assigning company credit cards and let them know. They will likely need to do one of two things: 1. Release the transactions to you within SAP Concur or 2. Contact the card issuer on your behalf. The team in charge of Company Cards is usually (not always) the Finance or Accounting department. If you aren't sure where to start, I recommend speaking with your direct manager.

Thank you,

Hi Wangyudi

Please try the below to fix "Unable to find Company Credit Card Transaction Records".

If you cannot find your company credit card transactions in SAP Concur Expense, the issue may be related to the card feed, card assignment, transaction import, or expense report status.

Step by Step: Find your Company Credit Card Transactions

  1. Log in to SAP Concur.
  2. Select Expense from the navigation menu.
  3. Look for Available Expenses, Available Card Charges, or Available Transactions, depending on your company's configuration.
  4. Check whether the missing transactions appear in the list.
  5. If available, adjust the date range or filters to include the purchase date.
  6. Check your open and submitted expense reports. The card transactions may already have been added to a report.
  7. If your company provides a Manage Expenses screen, check the available-expense list there as well.

Common reasons transactions are missing

Possible cause

What to check

Bank feed delay

Transaction may not have been imported yet

Card not assigned

Verify the corporate card is linked to your Concur profile

Transaction already used

Check existing and submitted reports

Incorrect account

Confirm you are logged into the correct company profile

Card feed failure

Ask your Concur administrator to check import status

Filters

Clear filters and expand the transaction date range

What your Concur administrator should check

If the transaction is missing from both Available Expenses and your existing reports, your Company Card Administrator can check:

Administration → Company → Tools → Company Card → Manage Transactions (menu names may vary).

They should verify the card's assignment, transaction import status, and whether the charge is hidden or unreleased. SAP documents these administration and transaction-search functions.

Important: Avoid manually entering the transaction as an out-of-pocket expense unless your Expense Administrator instructs you to do so. Otherwise, it could create a duplicate reimbursement when the corporate card transaction arrives.

Thanks & Regards
