Unable to connect to Concur Support

Since last week, I've been getting this error when accessing Concur Support:

"We apologize, an error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again later"

Is anyone else experiencing this?

@MicheleW have you tried the Support phone number or chat? I would give that a try and when you contact someone, also ask them about getting the error message.

Hi Kevin. I had another ASC submit a ticket for me. I think it's based on the fact that our company had an email domain change and I need to be updated on the 'back end'. Thanks for the reply!
