Unable to book hotel due to profile issue

I am experiencing an issue with my Concur profile not reflecting on CWT. I'm unsure what steps I need to take on my end to ensure my profile is submitted to the CWT portal. when I asked CWT they said that I have to pushing my profile to be submitted on the CWT portal.

I don't have much idea about this issue but attaching below two similar articles for your reference purpose.

To resolve this issue, you need to reach out to your company Concur Administrator. With reference to below article, they might need to update few fields into your travel profile to resolve this issue.

@mo-desouky what do you mean by, "I have to pushing my profile to be submitted"? I don't understand what CWT means by that.

what I understood that pushing profile is to initiate new synchronization to CWT which is the travel agency. I'm trying to reach to company Concur Administrator to make it.
