Unable to add New Company Car

I have just received my 'jobs need car'. I understand from the policy that i need to register the car as a 'company car'. However, when i click 'new', when i attempt to enter the car's details, a red circle with a line through it appears. Therefore i am unable to input any details. 

I have a personal car registered. I am also able to add the job needs car to the 'personal' car section. 

Can anyone advise how i add a company car? Thank you in advance

@parv79 the reason you cannot add a company car is because the group you are assigned, doesn't have that option. I am sending you a private message with the names of two people that should be able to help you.
