Unable to Upload JPEG / PNG Images

Hi everyone,

I'm unable to upload images of receipts that are in JPEG / PNG formats (PDF is working). I get the error message that 'Files failed to upload: [name of file].' Has this happened to anyone else / does anyone know of a fix? I have been using this system for a few months, and today is the first time this has happened.

Hi @teegar123 ,

Can you please check image size. If possible, reduce the size of the image and upload. The maximum per-receipt size limit is 5 MB.

Also, can you please try doing the same in another browser and check.

@teegar123 I just tried uploading a jpg and had no issue. Have you tried a different browser to see if you have the same issue?
