Unable to Submit Mobile Phone Expense

Hello, team!

I am unable to submit a mobile phone expense for the month of February even though I am within all parameters. Please point me in the right direction. Thanks!

@gisnahim I looked at your past reports and you already submitted your mobile phone expense for February. That is why you are getting the hard stop alert. I've pasted a screenshot of your February mobile phone reimbursement below.
