UberEATS e-receipts not autogenerated like Uber e-receipt

Hi -

UberEATS is not autogenerating the e-receipt for the team my fellow EAs and I support like their Uber e-receipts. We're trying everything to get this done and only one member of our team able to, and we don't know how! Concur isn't helping and neither is Uber/UberEATS. We just want to have more efficiency in our receipt system and not have our team go crazy with receipts if we can just have this automated.

Any help is appreciated - My manager is the account admin and if there's a way in the back end with instructions, that would be great!

Thank you in advance.

@Dgiraldo16 have you looked at the account settings of the user who is receiving the receipts? From what I saw, you just have to enter your work email into your account on Uber Eats and the accounts should link.

I've posted internally to see if anyone can provide some insight.

Thank you,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,

Yes, a majority of my team has their work emails for their ubereats account.

However, there is still no receipt being generated by either Uber or Concur system. 😞

Hi @KevinD, were you able to get any responses internally?

@Dgiraldo16 I didn't. I would see if you can get in contact with Uber Support as Uber is the one supplying the receipt.

@KevinD  We have been in contact with Concur Bench Support and Uber Support, and both point the fingers to each other.

But it seems like it might be a mapping issue on the expense page where business details are input is showing UberEATS as the vendor description and not Uber Technologies.

UberEATS not connected:

UberEATS Connected:

Would this be corrected on Concur's end?

@Dgiraldo16 I'm not sure. The transaction determines the vendor, I believe. Which means the vendor details populate from what the vendor is publishing, so to speak.

So, are your users (except for the one) not getting any e-receipts or they are getting them sometimes?

@KevinD They're not getting any at all for UberEATS. Only Uber (transportation) is generating.

@Dgiraldo16 Is your company using Uber for Business? Users have linked their Uber accounts with SAP Concur, I take it. Are the users set up on Uber eats with both a personal and business profile?

@KevinD Yes, we do use Uber Business. From what I've seen, the users have their work emails connected to UberEATS.

@Dgiraldo16 I was told that one reason users might not receive e-receipts from Uber or Uber eats is due to them having more than one profile in Uber that uses the same email address. So, maybe your users have their work email added to their personal and business profiles in the Uber apps.
