Uber for Business Profiles being dropped

Hello, we have Uber for Business set up with roster automation and e-receipts on the backend with Concur. This means when people start at the company they are automatically invited to Uber for Biz and when they join they don't have to manually add e-receipts in the App Center.  However, we have users who's Uber for Business accounts are being activated, working, with e-receipts and then being dropped. Anyone else have experience with this?

@TheDavid Me again. If you are an admin at your company, I would highly recommend requesting to join the Admin Group. Your question is more likely to get answered from the members of that group. 

 

I do verify your admin permissions in your SAP Concur site before admitting to the group. Just an FYI. 🙂
