USD cross-border corporate card

Hello Concur Community,

We're evaluating the use of a USD cross-border corporate card for employees located outside of the United States and have a few questions for organizations that are currently using this setup:

  1. Are you using a USD cross-border card program for employees in other countries?
  2. Does the card data feed into Concur through a standard corporate card feed without issues?
  3. When transactions are imported into Concur, does the feed bring over the original charged currency (e.g., EUR, GBP, MXN) as well as the converted USD amount?
  4. Have you experienced any issues with transactions displaying only the USD settlement amount rather than the actual transaction currency/amount charged to the employee?
  5. Are there any reporting, reconciliation, audit, or user experience challenges you've encountered with this card setup?

We're trying to understand potential impacts to expense processing and currency visibility before moving forward.
