Two accounts for one employee - Amex charges going to the inactive account

We have an employee who has one inactive and another active Concur account. Why? I don't know. But she was issued a corporate credit card a few months ago. It now just came to my attention that all of her credit card charges are being uploaded into the inactive account. How do I correct this?
