In SAP Concur, the mobile app does not support managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Each user can only have one active session, tied to a single instance (company). If someone has access to two different environments, they must log out and log back in with the other account (LoginID) to switch between companies. There is no functionality to store multiple logins or switch between accounts within the app, so this process must always be done manually.
We have some employees with two accounts (two LoginIDs), and this is how they manage it.
As an alternative, you could consider using two devices or combining the mobile app and a mobile browser, so that each environment remains open in a separate channel. This avoids the need to log out repeatedly and can make daily operations more efficient. However, this is not something we have tested ourselves.
