Turn off Expeseit on mobile

I have tried to turn off the auto expenseit feature, but it turns itself back on.  How do I keep it turned off?

Try to turn it off in the web application:
Profile → Settings → Expense Settings → Expense Preferences.
Uncheck ‘Use ExpenseIt to create expenses from uploaded receipts'  and ‘Use ExpenseIt to create expenses from receipts emailed to receipts@concur.com’

Those have always been turned off, but the mobile still turns itself back on each time I turn it off.

It may also be that you need to clear your mobile cache.

Or that, as part of your company’s policy, ExpenseIt is configured as a mandatory feature.

Another possibility is that the version of the mobile app is outdated.
