Trying to approve expenses as a delegate

I've been made a delegate to approve expenses for my office.   I clicked on the email link which notified me of a pending expense report.   I clicked on my name and changed my role as "acting as (my boss)"   I clicked on one of the pending reports and I'm ready to approve BUT there is no approve button.   Only options are "Send Back to Employee" and "Notify Approver."    I know this has been addressed in this forum, but the answer on what to do is not there.    Is there a real person I can call, email or otherwise get to fix it?   Thanks.

You may need to check if you are an approver in your Concur profile.  The admin may have to add this for you.

@MikeMcKone most likely your boss didn't check the Can Approve checkbox when making you a delegate and only checked the Can Preview. Have your boss go back and make sure the Can Approve checkbox on the Delegate screen is checked. The fact that you see a button "Notify Approver" tells me this is 99.999999% the issue. 🙂
