I made a hotel payment with corporate AMEX card and I submitted an Expense for it.
It was approved on 2nd June, but AMEX has not received it so far.
At the same time I can see under my Expenses that there is a pending card transaction. But is the same transaction which I included in the expense request and was approved.
AMEX is now going to apply penalties. I contacted them but they say the don't see any payment.
