Tax Table Setup for Non-Profit

I'd like to know if adding additional Tax Authorities or Group Names under an existing Tax Authority is possible. We are working on an integration between Concur Expense and QuickBooks Online Canada. As a nonprofit, we have three different tax account codes:
- 16010 - GST/HST paid
- 16011 - GST/HST paid Full
- 99999 - Non-recoverable GST

Revenue-generating departments have their taxes coded to 16011, while non-revenue-generating departments have their taxes coded to 16010. Additionally, taxes for meals and hosting expenses for all departments have half of their taxes coded to 99999, as per CRA regulations. 

What is the simplest way to set this up in Concur's VAT table to ensure taxes are properly calculated and pushed to QuickBooks correctly? We wanted to add a new tax code for each tax account in Concur's VAT tables to group the departments where they should be, but that doesn't seem possible.

@EAmii2024 if you are on Concur Standard addition, I believe you will not be able add tax authorities/groups.

@EAmii2024 VAT and taxes aren't really my area of expertise. Maybe discuss with your assigned SAP Concur Customer Success Manager.
