TAS End-user Support Material

Does anyone have or know where to find support material for Travel Allowance Service from an end-user point of view?
I know there are videos, however this is not always the preferred choice for our employees. Is there any guide or material for TAS that anyone could share?
Nothing too specific, just general how-to.

However, this is just text for TAS. There is no visuals to better guide travelers.

Hi @KevinD ,

Can we consider adding a step-by-step Travel Allowance end-user guide with screenshots in the Community → Resources → End User Resources section (as a generic guide)?

As you know, standard documentation does not include supporting screenshots and scenario's (fixed, up to a limit etc.), but creating such a generic guide would be very helpful for community members to share with their internal teams who are new to Concur.

I echo this - This should indeed be there and available.
It does not have to be specific, however a general guide with the corresponding UI prints of TAS would be easier and visually supportive for end-users.

While our team can create material for our own company, other members could be facing the same scenario and the gap would continue. If SAP Concur brings a solution for all the community, then this is no longer an issue in the future.

I tried looking for a TAS user guide with supporting screenshots but couldn’t find one.

I’d recommend creating a company-specific guide by referencing the standard documentation for the steps and capturing screenshots directly from your own Concur instance.

For Screenshots - You can refer to the SAP learning video below and capture similar screenshots from your own system.

If creating a custom document feels too time-consuming, you can use the shortcut below: generate the initial document, convert it to Word, then add actual screenshots from your Concur instance. After that, make the necessary edits (add, remove, or update content) and share the final version with your company users.
