Submitting late expenses

I am trying to submit a late expense report after getting a message indicating that I need to submit all late expenses combined.  I've done that and now I cant submit the combined report?  Why?

@attwsteve if you expand the Alerts you will see a message stating you have company card transactions that exceed the age limit allowed. 

If you navigate to the Available Expenses screen, you will see two transactions from April. See below. These are the issue. They need to be added to a new report and submitted before you can submit any other expenses.
