Showing Pending Card Transaction for my Flight booked and Amex not provide invoice.

Hi team , I have booked flight for bussiness travel but didn't recieved invoice from AMex also it's showing Pending Card Transaction under expense. What should I do now.

  • when try to add to report it gives below error, Amex has already booked my ticket how am I suppose to handle this now.
    Error: 
    This expense cannot be submitted until the corporate card transaction arrives and is imported/matched to your e-receipt and/or itinerary. If this expense was not paid with your corporate card, you may change the payment type to 'Cash'. 
  • Error: A receipt image is required for this expense. Please attach a receipt. 
  • Error: The corporate card is the preferred method of purchase for this expense. Provide an explanation in the Comments field.

I booked on 8 september I have asked for invoice from amex team too. Also I have mailed ibm corp card help team too.
